What you send us

If you use the appointment request form, we receive the name, phone number and any email address or message you enter. It is sent by email to the clinic so the office can call you back, and it is not used for anything else. Please don’t include medical details you would rather discuss in person.

What the site measures

The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. Google may set cookies to do this. It does not tell us who you are. You can block these cookies in your browser settings.

Embedded and linked content

Some pages link to other websites (for example, ingredient information or directions on Google Maps). Those sites have their own privacy policies.
